Thank you for registering for the 6 week Dog Training Course. You will receive a confirmation of your space with all the details once we have received your form and payment.
The data and information we receive from you on this form is strictly only used for the purpose of the course you have registered for and is never passed on to third parties.
Refunds (the payment charge deducted) can only be given if the course has been cancelled at least 7 days before the starting date. Course fees are not refundable once a course has started, if you cannot or do not want to attend any (further) classes.
